Account Responsibility

There is no platform fee applied by cvk66 on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside cvk66's control. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same mobile financial service account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by cvk66 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. cvk66 targets a processing time of approximately 3 minutes for standard mobile wallet withdrawals, though processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. cvk66 may withhold a withdrawal pending verification of identity, age, or payment ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.

Anti-Money Laundering
cvk66 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. cvk66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, to request supporting KYC documentation (including identity verification and proof of payment method ownership), and to suspend withdrawals or close accounts where AML concerns are identified. Players must not use the cvk66 platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or any other financial crime.
Payment security: cvk66 will never ask for your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any mobile banking password. All payment processing occurs through each provider's own secure gateway. Where bonus abuse is identified, cvk66 reserves the right to void all associated bonus winnings, remove the bonus from the account, and suspend or close the account.
